I was not able to make any decisions due to my wife being at work during this session and finances being tight currently and they were very understanding with everything I was currently facing. Answered questions about my Cancer Policy and helped Clarify claim questions Im currently facing. Plan to do another meeting very soon with wife in attendance so we can decide what is best for us.

I’ve had life insurance with Liberty for 4 ish years now and when I got the chance to deal with Savannah, she told me about products and services that no one has ever asked me before, things I was unaware of. I had such a bad experience when I applied for this policy that I went with another company. I have never spoken to another Liberty Mutual agent since and didn’t intend to deal with the company again. Ansleith was so nice and knowledgeable that I’m considering applying for the policy. She is the most knowledgeable agent I have ever met. She knows so much about insurance policies that I took notes and am considering buying a cancer policy, mortgage protection, term, and whole life insurance. That young lady is an asset to your company. She is friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and has common sense. She managed the impossible by just getting me to agree to talk to her. If you have a training program I highly recommend you promote her to the highest position available and put her in charge of it. It’s so rare to meet anyone willing to do their job, much less go over and beyond like she did. It’s obvious she will be great at sales, but she should be teaching or managing the lazy, incompetent representatives that make your company look bad. I am very impressed to meet someone this competent and I can’t say enough nice things about her. Please thank her for taking so much time with me today and for being kind to someone who was so bitter about something she didn’t even do.
