What truly impressed us was his proactive advice on how to potentially waive a $25 insurance lapse fee by showing our TN auto declaration page. He even offered to send the documents directly to the Cobb County Tag Office to make our tag renewal easier. Jims attention to detail and dedication to helping his clients truly set him apart. 5 stars!
