Sometimes it was because of price, sometimes it was because of customer service, but honestly, very unbiased - I have to pinch myself to make sure it is real with Desirae and AllState. Allstate insurance is very affordable and its premiums are great. Desirae....I have never ever had a chance to have such a great service what she provides. She will go above and beyond in a very friendly manner, every time you have anything to ask her. I just hope that this dream combination of great insurance and even greater agent, will last. Nicole After being loyal to my insurer for over 29 years, I was put in the unexpected and undesirable position of having to select another provider for my vehicle. After due diligence and comparing several quotes, I narrowed it down to State Farm and another company as a "just in case". I was surprised to receive a call from PAREE, that same day, 4th of July! After a friendly and productive conversation, I was sold and knew that this would be MY Insurance Company. Paree even suggested the Defensive Driver online course, to save extra on premiums. Subsequently, I worked with KIRA. Knowledgeable, efficient handling...and the best, most patient friendliest attitude! Now THATS the way Insurance should be (but unfortunately isnt always!!).
