We had a different Allstate agent who never contacted us, never met with us, and didnt take the time to know our needs. Greg was available each day that we called. He is local and understands our specific area requirements. Not many agents will go to bat for you against the claims department, but Angela is sure to always be the understanding and knowledgable source I need when it comes to my policy.
