kevin swiney I moved from Atlanta to Gaylesville Alabama just a few minutes over the state line so Im in Rome a lot. I saw the new branch and thought wow thats the most beautiful bank...I have to join! Lucky me, I read the digital sign out front that read "anyone can join." After waiting almost an hour before anyone would help me I was told because of my Alabama address I could not join. "Anyone" in this case means anyone that meets certain criteria. It is because of that sign and my wasted hour that I give this bank a low rating.

While I was waiting in the long line to get to the drive thru, someone from the bank called me back to go ahead and have the card made so it would be ready when I got to the window. Amazing customer service that went above and beyond.
