When I was there, the man I worked with spent a lot of time to finish the paper works after getting all the details from me. I cannot exactly recall how much because again it was around 7 years ago. A rough feeling would be he spent 45 minutes and had to re-do paperwork twice due to his own errors.
He was warm and friendly, however.
Understand due to the high turn-over rate of insurance agents, he may very likely have stopped working there.
Understand also that that was then and this is now. He may still work there and become a star-employee due to improvement.
As far as I remember, you have to street park and extremely have to pay parking fees if you drive there.
I got my progressive auto insurance there.
