I tried a different agency first, and they ignored most of what I sent them, never contacted me, and instead just sent me a quote for one plan. Christina was the opposite - she called me right away, asked me questions, got me pricing for all the plans, gave me options, and worked out which were best to switch.

He was so kind, he asked for general questions and greeted me with a smile. He was a humble man. The atmosphere was calm and professional. Now, my agent Mrs. Anita showed me nothing but great customer service. She listen to my concerns. She was so honest and transparent with me. She quoted us with coverage that will benefit us and it was reasonable. She offered suggestions to save more and she went above her call of duty. I left out with tears of joy after what I experienced with a previous insurance company. Thank you all for providing us with great customer service♥️

Lauren Hatcher is our normal day to day contact if we dont need Sonny and she is simply awesome! We have had cheaper inferior products offered to us by other major companies/Agents who are only peddling policies. If your looking for a high quality product with a Agent & staff that care about their customers, this is the place. And I was in the insurance industry for 40 years so I feel I understand what service and quality products are about. Lastly, I know Sonny will be there for us in any claim, the true measure of any agent.
