1 /5 Sorcha Sweet: Just so you know the type of customer service you’re dealing with if you’re looking for insurance…I called yesterday about a minute before 430. A lady answered and I told her that I received a quote online and was looking to process it. She said “we close, literally, in like, one minute. But I can have someone call you tomorrow morning.” I gave my information and never received a call back. It’s service like this that makes me appreciate the business person who will stay late to serve others and earn my business. Customer service is becoming too mediocre and people deserve better.
