5 /5 Foster Yow: Basically, I had no idea what I needed when it came to car insurance. I didn’t know what I wanted or needed. All I knew is that I needed car insurance, and that’s exactly what I said when I walked into this office. Someone from the front desk greeted me and said someone would help me shortly. After a few minutes, we went over the coverages, and what I had had previously. They explained it clearly and gave me some recommendations, but ultimately let me pick what I thought was the best. I left knowing more than I ever thought I should know about car insurance, and was comfortable with the coverages I made, however the real reason for the review is what happened next.
I recently came in to go over a renter’s insurance quote as someone told me I should look into renters (renter’s?) insurance, and it turns out, that we could do it for, and I’m not kidding, $1 per month. Not $10 or $20 per month, just 1. It was because of discounts, but still, that’s just one dollar! Anyway, first they answered all my questions and made me comfortable with my car insurance, then we added something that I honestly should have gotten sooner for almost no money at all. I can’t recommend this agency enough, 5 stars!
