Instead, he pulled up prices from a commercial website that seemed to be a wholesale site for businesses, not what a regular consumer would pay on Best Buys public website. I knew then that arguing would be futile; Ive encountered that kind of animosity before, and it never leads anywhere productive. Cole Williams I’ve had to take my watches down for misc repairs and always very helpful. Wife’s diamond came out of her wedding band and they had it fixed up no problem. The lady I always deal with is extremely pleasant. I will definitely be back for that bigger diamond for my wife’s ring. Zero pressure from them if you ask for pricing.

Karen DiLorenzo-Jones I went into Kay’s on a Saturday evening (about an hour until closing time) to pick-up a couple of my rings that I had sent off to be serviced. As I was waiting for the salesperson to get my rings, I was doing some window shopping when Michael (aka Mike) brought my jewelry out. There had been a couple of items that had caught my eye while I was browsing, so I asked Mike to show them to me. What I experienced was an outstanding customer service interaction. Mike is a professional, yet personable young man who is extremely knowledgable about the products he sells. He took the time to answer my questions, he shared his knowledge with me, and he remained patient and engaged throughout the entire experience. While Mike was working with me our conversation was light and easy. I never felt pressured to buy anything - actually I had not even considered buying anything as I was simply there to pick up my repaired jewelry. Yes, I did end up purchasing a couple of pieces and Kay’s jeweler’s may want to increase Mike’s commission percentage as he was a huge part of the reason why!! It was due to Mike’s nonjudgmental, friendly, and easygoing personality that quickly got me engaged and kept me interested in the pieces I was looking at. It was due to this professional, yet personable interaction that kept me practical, realistic, and comfortable, to the point, that I decided to treat myself to a beautiful selection that I have been wanting to purchase for some time. Thank you Mike and Kay’s for letting me treat myself without breaking my pocketbook! I love, love, love my treat!!

Tracie Burns My husband and I went in today to pick up a watch that was being repaired. Customer service was exceptional, Daniel was fantastic. All of our watches are repaired by A&J, they do a wonderful job every time. Today we purchased earrings and Daniel could not have explained things any better! We will continue shopping here!

Jean Bean Tammy is always my go to girl!!! I bought a wedding set a year ago and could were the diamond because it was scratching my fingers! I went in for my 6 month inspection talked with her (which she sold me the set) and she listened to everything I said and I ended up with a new band that I’m in love with dearly!!! She is awesome!! Highly recommend speaking with her on any pieces you are looking for!!

Catacutan Veronica (Miss V) Nedrick and Claudette are the sweetest people! We went to them for our wedding rings, and gave them less than a month til our wedding, and the rings didnt only get finished in time, they were absolutely beautiful and how we wanted them to look! Their website is so easy to navigate and their band builder is such an ingenious feature. Customizing jewelries is Nedricks forte. He is really good at knowing just how you want things and following them. Theyre great people and theyll definitely be our jewelers for life! Id forever recommend them to friends and family. So if youre reading this review, give them a try! You will not be disappointed.
