Prissy Mason Amazing place!!! He gets to know every single client! I had a problem at first but he got right on it and fixed it! Thanks Andrew!! So fast forward to after finally getting our taxes I had posted this when I had first filed with him because it seemed he got us the MAX! Ummm definitely not do not use them TRUST ME! He took over $1000 and was only supposed to charge us $200-$300 I have proof of how much they kept and proof of how much it was supposed to cost took me forever to get my taxes then so much was kept, they also kept all of my friends return she never got a dime!

Sharon John and Patricia are good , honest , and knowledgeable folks. Prompt communications, good advice for POA and final wishes paperwork.

Chattanooga Unfiltered We never had major issues with our accounts, and we appreciated that direct deposits often came in early each month. However, it was IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone by phone, no matter how many times we called. This spanned over years and was not a temporary issue. Over time, this caused real problems for us and added a lot of unnecessary stress and delays in important matters. Their policies also made it unnecessarily difficult to manage joint accounts, POA matters, and they made it incredibly stressful to close the account after the death of one of the account holders. We eventually moved to a different bank that better fits our needs.

Ken I’ve never been anything but pleased with my dealings with First Commerce. I always go inside and everyone is friendly and helpful. I can’t speak as to the drive thur, but I would expect it is the same.
