JJIMMIE PRODUCTIONS We were very early for our appointment and had to wait; there wasnt anyone in the office, it was lunch time. There was a little confusion; another customer came in after us without an appointment, and he was assisted before us even though we were there for the same issue. No major problem, he was older so we didnt mind and the young lady was very nice. It is just a situation that someone else might have taken the wrong way.

Adam Hawkins The most incredible experience you will have! On a whim, I contacted Doug Blevins office for an insurance quote. We were looking to switch our home, auto and umbrella policies in hopes to save some money especially since we were also adding a sixteen year old to the policy as well. When I called I was connected with Travis. I have never met this man but he has such a unique personality I felt like I was talking to a friend I have known my whole life. At no point did I feel like I was being sold insurance. Travis explained everything in detail, gave me my options, made some suggestions and was just down right honest and wholesome through the whole experience. Not only was I able to save over a thousand dollars on my bundled policies, I increased my coverages and made a friend in the process. I am not going to guarantee that they can save you thousands of dollars but I can confidently say that they will treat you with respect and be upfront and honest with you. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Grace G Best Insurance Office and Company Ever Ive been with Rusty for over 30 years after bad experiences with three other companies. They never made me feel guilty about filing a claim as other companies had done. I had one agent yell at me because I had been in an accident. I had to sue another one when they damaged my car when they had it for repairs. A third company said I couldnt prove that a limb fell on our RV when we had photos. I never had anything but personable, experienced, and supportive care from Rusty and his team. I hesitated to move away because I am convinced I cant find this level of care anywhere else. You can ask questions about anything related to living in this town and get a useful, honest answer. I strongly recommend you consider this company and State Farm when looking for insurance.
