5 /5 Mac Howard: Tim was our agent for 6 years and I couldnt recommend him more highly. He always made sure we were getting the best rate and getting the right amount of coverage, never pushy or upselling. Spend 5 minutes with him and youll understand why he has all the 5 star reviews. The only reason we had to cancel our coverage is because we moved out of state and Tim even helped us find a great agent in the state we moved to!

5 /5 Dr A T Stewart: Tim Monihan is the best agent I have ever had and I have had several in my 63 years. He is courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. He took the time to search many options for my home and auto insurance in order to make sure he got me the best rates available. He saved me several hundred dollars over my previous policy. Its been three years since I wrote this review and things have not changed. Tim and his staff are still the best insurance agents I have ever had. The service is excellent. They are friendly and always so helpful. I trust them will all of my insurance needs.

In an industry that is losing its personal touch, it’s refreshing to have an agent who knows my family and cares about our specific needs. Rates are also very fair and competitive. 5 /5 Linda Holbrooks: Tim has professionally been a great communicator and extremely quick to respond with detailed answers. He’s very knowledgeable about the products. I don’t normally do reviews but felt Tim deserved one. Being a former realtor I have had great relationships with insurance agents. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with one about 11 years ago and one about a year ago. He has spent an absorbent amount of time helping me with many insurance matters. I said I would never trust or believe in another agent. He has worked hard and has succeeded in building my trust back. He’s truly a polite professional gentleman.
