I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.

I called Joel and by the next morning his staff had given me the name and number of a clean up service. They checked in along the way to make sure things were going well. They made sure all the payment details were attended to. Were still in the repair process but the company they recommended is great.
