3 /5 Troy Gainer: I always knew I was paying too much, but that was supposed to be balanced by good coverage and customer service. They are now completely over charging me and could care less when coming to complain/find a better rate. I suppose it was my fault for assuming they had their clients best interest in mind, they just want to line their pockets. Hopefully they won’t hold me captive or charge me ridiculous fees to get out. After the incredibly rude person I just dealt with, I can’t imagine they’ll handle losing a client with morals or grace and will do whatever they can to screw me.
