She went over everything with me so I was aware of what I was signing and advised me every step she was taking to keep me involved. A1 customer service here! Jenna Stover I filed my taxes with PAT this year and last year, and the process is always smooth. If I dont understand something, they talk me through it. Also, Anthony is very quick to reply to my emails whether they are for a tax return or just a general tax-related inquiry.

Mary Bo Robinson Lee Anderson is a great asset to my household planning. We moved to this area a year ago and, upon a recommendation, contacted him to issue HO and auto insurance. It took me until last week to meet him in person and review our policies in detail. He spent an hour and a half with me and we made a slight change to our homeowners policy based on our discussion. Bill Pence Very helpful in guiding through low cost options for health coinsurance coverage. We have had Al help us each year in our marketplace plan shopping and now with our transition to medicare. He had been most helpful with good advice and sound judgement. We will review each year but I suspect we are in the last plans we will need
