Brandi Fulton I went in the branch to deposit my check and get money back. Angela waited on me. I have never been treated like this in all the years that I have been banking with Regions. She is very rude and needs to be fired. You dont laugh in a customers face not once but twice, refuse to wait on them, and then tell to leave your window. If she stays there, they will lose a lot of customers

K B All of the staff at the Mt. Berry branch are very friendly and jump in to help each other when I bring numerous transactions at one. That makes my visit more efficient and enjoyable.

Charles Garner This organization is unprofessional and misleading. The payments are focused on interest only policies and they do their best to collect interest only while the principle is never paid. The representatives lie and do not follow up on request, intentionally mislead and take serious advantage of elderly and those with bad credit. They report incorrectly to the credit bureau and close out accounts while you are still making monthly payments. I filed with BBB and refuse to let them take advantage of me, no matter what.. STAY AWAY, DO NOT deal with this crooked company ...
