1 /5 Samuel y: Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I regret ever choosing this company for my home loan. From the start, the process was a nightmare. They promised a quick turnaround, but it took MONTHS to get approval due to their incompetence and constant request for the same documents over and over again. The communication was non-existent. I had to chase them for updates repeatedly, and when I did get a response, it was either vague or completely inaccurate. They changed the terms of my loan without informing me and tacked on hidden fees that were never mentioned during the application process. On top of that, their customer service is downright rude and unhelpful. One representative even hung up on me when I asked for clarification about the closing costs! I ended up missing out on a great property because they couldn’t get their act together. Do yourself a favor and choose a reputable lender. This company will waste your time, money, and sanity!
