1 /5 Jonathan Morgan: I have been with this insurance company for almost 15 years since they first started. I have multiple houses insured with them and multiple cars. And the last 4 years this office has become completely disorganized. Just a basic stuff that should be handled easily such as phone calls and notices about my policy have been handled horribly. I know this agent personally and I think shes a nice person. Im not sure whats going on at that office but it is not good! I would warn others who are planning to switch to not use this particular office maybe one of the other ones in Savannah but definitely not this one. At this point I plan to find a new insurance company altogether.
