2 /5 Elizabeth S: I had decent service with them for a few years I guess. I got a letter this year a month before my Safeco home insurance policy renewed that I had to cut some branches off the house. We paid $650 to get branches cut off the house and I sent the agency pictures. It was not enough. They sent back exact places where it needed to be cut. Why weren’t those sent initially? Why was this one month notice (during hurricane season) ok? I shopped around and got better rates and more coverage. My agent didn’t offer any other companies or suggestions. She ghosted me until I cancelled our policy. Not recommended and definitely not customer service friendly.
