Trinitee Walker by far the most HORRIBLE company i have ever dealt with by far. Past due balance from covid and i asked if they would move the past due to the back of the loan and was told me that theyre a secondary loan company that i will have to refinance the car so when i tried to do that i was turned down by MULTIPLE places since they dinged my credit so hard. They never report good payments only the ones that were late even after "trying" to help you out. They want MORE money after my contract ended and the car isnt even WORTH what theyre asking. Theyre rude and nasty to talk to over the phone they dont care about hardships or anything life. All these people care about is taking your money. NEVER do business with these people im surprised they are even still in business.

We ran into a little problem with the load but Nikia help us with the problem and got us the load we needed. My wife and i was very satisfied with her service and professionalism. Overall we was very satisfied with the agent and staff. Who every needs a load we recommend them to come to see yall here at this office.
