Lorelei Usually have great experiences with this branch, but this time was rather odd. Needed to deposit something so I figured I might as well get my new married name changed since it has been a while since I got married. The lady at the front was super sweet, she said I needed my marriage certificate to get the name change done. Cool, I go and get it and come back. The other lady up front directs me to the people at the desks, like where you open up accounts and everything. Cool. I wait my turn to be called and the lady at the desk says how can I help you, etc. I told her I needed a name change on my account, and she said, contrary to what the first lady up front told me, "I wont need your marriage certificate".. okay, interesting. We sit in silence for about 10 minutes, with her not saying much in between. Then she says "Oh, your husband needs to come in with his un-expired ID." Why? Joint account or not, I was trying to take care of business on my account, and I had all the needed paperwork, so now it is at a halt until we both come back. Kind of ridiculous, you never need an ID unless you are opening an account really, and it should update unexpired IDs automatically, but still have no idea what that has to do with my own account. She didnt even really explain why, it was a very weird vibe.

Arianna Butler I chose to start a Roth IRA with Fidelity Investment group because they offered an match incentive after making my first deposit into my account, they have in person locations available to build a relationship with a broker, and because I thought it would be an overall good back to maintain my Roth IRA with. Shortly after opening the account I booked an appointment with a broker to begin making the investments best for me and having my 401k’s transferred into the account. I booked this appointment a month in advance and today, two days before the appointment a broker named Tasia called me and told me that brokers at fidelity only made themselves available to people with over a quarter of a million dollars in their Fidelity account and that the only help I would be given was via phone. I will be changing the bank I keep my Roth IRA in as that was the most ridiculous thing I had ever heard. I highly suggest people choose another bank to open their investment and retirement accounts with.

Katrina Jones This clinic has been nothing but wonderful! Every single person I have interacted with after walking through the doors has been absolutely lovely. I feel heard as a patient, and feel like my concerns are being taken seriously. I have to recognize Stacy for being so kind and helpful. Her smile is contagious and she goes above and beyond for her patients. I highly recommend this office.

Taquris Adams My tax preparer, Chequita, was very polite and efficient. She completed my taxes in a timely manner and offered suggestions for next years filing. She also offered products and services including a JH account.
