I bought a car thru them and had a stroke right after and then my husband had a heart attack and ive let them know whats going on. They were willing to work with me and allow me to continue on..The staff are so Sweet and understanding.They truely care about their customers not just the $$$$.. Lovee Sammi ATM has not been accepting cash deposits everytime I’ve gone to both of the Conyers ATMs at that bank, it wouldn’t take my money. It has been an inconvenience, I am considering switching banks.

Maggie Herring Been banking with Truist since SunTrust and BB&T merged. Have been mostly nothing but disappointed with their customer service. There’s always a full line of people in the branch with only 2 tellers that are also trying to juggle whatever comes through the drive-thru. Staff has no customer service whatsoever & will be switching to another bank.
