Just the other day, I had someone from this branch reach out and thank me for how long Ive had an account with BB&T and Truist. I truly felt as though they enjoyed having my business. When this branchs associate called, she asked if there was anything I needed help with. As a matter of fact, the strip and chip on my debit card had gone out so her timing for the call was great. She was able to get me a new card, OVER THE PHONE, and I was even able to keep my same card number. Talk about WONDERFUL customer service! I was then able to go by this branch in person and THANK her for how easy she made that happen. Ill tell everyone... I LOVE THIS BANK!
