M D What an easy and simple process with convenience and great customer service!! David Wiley, the branch manager informed me of the amazing CD offer they had and Hilary helped open one for me. They were both very informative of the offers and I could tell they both cared about me and my financial future. I never felt pressured or forced to open any sort of accounts, loans or credit cards, like at other banks. I was grateful for the information and taking the time to answer all my questions. AndreTheGiantSlayer Recently called in because I ordered a new debt card two months ago with an address change, however was informed by the branch manager that a card was never sent out 2 month ago. Asked to speak to a branch manager after getting irate due to this, and was told I was speaking to him, Chris. My account was then CLOSED due to me saying a cuss word, because I was irritated that my card I ordered 2 months ago was never done He hung up on me and when I called back later to try and get my account back THE BRANCH MANAGER SAID: That sounds like a personal problem and hung up on me again.
