LaTonya Yesterday Opened a new account a few weeks ago. The opening deposit went into the wrong account as it was not available in my account until later the next week-noted the deposit slip had a line drawn over the acct number with a different handwritten number below the original one. Over 1 week later my bank cards still hadnt arrived. No communication from the bank either time, I initiated the calls. Ended with me just closing the account, since no one seemed to care about the handling of my funds, nor having my business as a new customer. Sorry to know that a bank with such a longstanding relationship within the community could make these careless mistakes. But the indifferent attitude & failure to attempt to make things right speaks volumns, and is at best, disappointing.

Faith Stubbs I love my bank! This branch has the most considerate and patient people. Im always greeted with a smile, which is a very nice feeling when you walk into a bank. Just the other day, I had someone from this branch reach out and thank me for how long Ive had an account with BB&T and Truist. I truly felt as though they enjoyed having my business. When this branchs associate called, she asked if there was anything I needed help with. As a matter of fact, the strip and chip on my debit card had gone out so her timing for the call was great. She was able to get me a new card, OVER THE PHONE, and I was even able to keep my same card number. Talk about WONDERFUL customer service! I was then able to go by this branch in person and THANK her for how easy she made that happen. Ill tell everyone... I LOVE THIS BANK!

Charles Garner This organization is unprofessional and misleading. The payments are focused on interest only policies and they do their best to collect interest only while the principle is never paid. The representatives lie and do not follow up on request, intentionally mislead and take serious advantage of elderly and those with bad credit. They report incorrectly to the credit bureau and close out accounts while you are still making monthly payments. I filed with BBB and refuse to let them take advantage of me, no matter what.. STAY AWAY, DO NOT deal with this crooked company ...
