1 /5 Charles Garner: This organization is unprofessional and misleading. The payments are focused on interest only policies and they do their best to collect interest only while the principle is never paid. The representatives lie and do not follow up on request, intentionally mislead and take serious advantage of elderly and those with bad credit. They report incorrectly to the credit bureau and close out accounts while you are still making monthly payments. I filed with BBB and refuse to let them take advantage of me, no matter what.. STAY AWAY, DO NOT deal with this crooked company ...

1 /5 john C: Horrible service. Will not accept a loan payoff with a debit card. Demand bank account and routing numbers. Screams scam. Do Not use this lender. They make it impossible to pay off a loan other than in person.

1 /5 Erica Smith: I’ve had the most horrible experience dealing with landmark what financial service tells you that they cannot provide you the interest that you paid on your loan. I have contacted landmark local branch in Chattanooga Tennessee and their headquarters over six times today and have still yet to have my issue resolved I will never do businessagain and I will never refer anyone to them!

1 /5 Simpson Meredith (MS4ODESK): SAD SAD SAD. Over 30% Interest for a secured loan is the deal youll get with this lousy company, namely the Cartersville branch. Its really sad how they try and take advantage of hard working young people. My advice is to Stay Away!!

1 /5 KENDRA ANDERSON: My mothers car loan has been paid off for months. I went and tried to get her title from motor vehicles and was told there is still a lien. It is not. Called lendmark first no help. Went to lendmark still no help. Called corporate and she hung up after saying hold on and then right to voice-mail when i called back. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. THEY WILL HOLD UP UOUR TITLE AND TELL YOU TO FIGURE IT OUT. So I guess shell be contacting legal as her next step.
