Bryan Roddenbery I had not a clue who I was going to meet when I came to mediation. Attorney Jon Forehand introduced himself and told a brief story about his background and you could see the patience and understanding in the way he presented himself. I could tell right away he wasn’t the typical lawyer persona. He spent an afternoon helping with our case and everyone was ready to get it settled and he worked to get a resolution and did an outstanding job considering the circumstances. It definitely takes a special person to read people and understand them and then communicate to them like he does. Someone with humble beginnings that doesn’t quit.

She is patient and truly listens, making you feel heard and seen. It was a very difficult time for me, and she basically held my hand through the entire process. We went to court, and I saw her in action—confident, prepared, and professional. She fought for me with integrity and compassion. j nelson Russ closed a property I sold in May 2024. He was everything you could ask for in an attorney. He was efficient, exact friendly and fun. But he is really going overboard after the closing helping with a lien problem that popped up a year later. He is in no way obligated to help.
