2 /5 S Driskell: I hired Mr Leggett to settle my 92 yr old mothers estate which was complicated by my homeless brother having her change her trust 10 mos prior to her passing. After clear discussion of the matter, I hired Mr Leggett to correct all the illegal changes and protect my mother’s wishes in her original trust. He rarely followed through on what he claimed he could do and mostly conceded to the opponents demands. After 3 years of haggling on what should have been finalized 2 years earlier, I switched to another attorney. STILL, Mr Leggett refused to cooperate in providing information ( I paid for) to my new attorney. If you’re wanting simple transactions signed off on, he’s the attorney for you. If you’re wanting results to an important and costly case, I strongly encourage you to seek other counsel.

1 /5 Jettris Prime: I had court yesterday he was appointed by the court for a DFCS case. I can tell he is good at what he does as an attorney in his chosen field which is handling wills and estates but if he is appointed to you by the court because you cant afford your own attorney HE IS NOT GOOD he doesnt want to be bothered because he is not getting paid what he is use to charging so you and your family will not be worth your time even if DFCS doesnt have a real case on you and to just open up one he is going to use your love for your children against you and try to convince you to take a plea bargain and admit your children are deprived even if they arent... I am not on drugs I dont abuse my children and they are extremely sorry to me and want to come home and he didnt even prepare an argument to have my children come home and decided to work for DFCS instead of me his client and I dont even trust that he will help me fight this case because its not worth his time... So please what ever you do do not use him as an attorney in a DFCS case and just pray above all else if you are truly innocent of whatever you are being accused of. John leggett definitely let me and my children down to and I have court again on Friday and Im sure I can count on him letting me down again he is what you call a plea bargain lawyer so everyone gets a win but you truly lose even if you have your children returned because he wants you to say your children are deprived so they can come home and if you dont play ball and decide to fight it will be 6-9 months before your children come home and if you are truly innocent and love your children and yourself then 6-9 months is a small price to pay for your honor and not on paper seem like your a neglectful parent please dont trußt him for your DFCS case at all
