1 /5 Tiffany Kromer: I honestly hate having to leave a one star review because I wanted so badly to love him and love the outcome. But, it did not work out like that! February 2023 myself and my 3 year old and my unborn baby at the time were TBONED on Highway 96 by a SUV who ran the stoplight with no intention on stopping or even trying. My vehicle spun around and it totaled my car. He is lucky he hit my passenger door and not my daughters door. I was left with minor injuries and spent 3 to 4 months at a chiropractors office until finally getting some relief but it was also the emotional damage it caused, My now four year old still talks about this accident and its sad, I have PTSD from loud noises and driving in general. It took Kemp a year to settle this case with little to no communication. I ended up getting around $2000 total for my three year old and just under $4000 for myself. Years ago, I got rear ended In a very minor accident and got paid $5000 by Mike Hostilo for minor back pain with no children involved! I was pregnant, had my 3 year old in the car, at zero fault with witnesses and on camera, in alot of pain and suffering, had to wait a year and got paid less this go around! I even told Kemp what I got back from that accident and he said wow, thats way too low?? It definitely doesnt make sense to me. It was also almost impossible to reach him, and he never calls back or texts back and when he does, all he will say is hes gonna find this or that out and then call me back and of course never does! I dont believe he took my case very serious, I lost my car, was scared, hurt, depressed all while pregnant at the time and and it had a major impact on my life and my daughters! We lost alot that day and gained a ton of fear. I am thankful were still alive of course but, our lives havent been the same since that wreck and fast forward a year later we just lost our new baby girl christmas night as well which was one day after we got the settlement, So, I havent felt much like trying to handle this, I did text and call the other day but, those will Definitely go unanswered because he hardly made a attempt to reach out when he had my open case. Very dissatisfied with how everything turned out.

Yes, it’s been a little over a year since an 18 wheeler rear ended me and pushed me into oncoming traffic, so yeah, struck twice, but with the time frame, common sense will tell you it’s not going to be over in just a couple months. I mean, these folks investigate all to do with the accident itself and rakes through zillions of pages of medical records. That’s proof they’re going to bat for you rather than jumping the gun, going in unprepared, and then you have huge disappointments for a fair to mediocre judgement in your favor. They have always seemed to take my calls no matter what or if I do have to leave a message the calls are promptly returned. And Mr. Kemp usually calls me personally. Idk maybe that makes me a hard to deal with client. LOL No, really though, they are all great and much appreciated. We don’t stop enough to thank them for all they do for us! Will definitely be referring when in need!!!
