joi durham Customer service was wonderful to work with. They took the time out to help you and didn’t rush you off the phone and they stayed in contact with you throughout your whole process in my experience. I was at work trying to get my insurance renewed, which was going to expire in the next day or two the young lady that helped me, she said, can you text her? Yes, I can. We did most of the policy over the phone through text until I got off work and can finish the rest with her on the phone so I just wanna give them a That I will always work with them with my insurance thank you
