1 /5 Tony Thomas: Was a client for almost 40 years. Watched my rates escalate continuously until I realized that they had nearly doubled on my home within 4 years. I was paying around $500 a month for homeowners insurance that had never had a claim. The excuse will be its not us its the company but its really you when you dont communicate options or even observations. Finally pulled the plug after a lack of communication. I blame myself for trusting the good hands that really were only good for the agent. I dont recommend Allstate and I dont recommend this agency. Insurer Beware.

1 /5 Paul Davis: Terrible Auto Insurer here in Georgia. Home coverage is good. ded to punish me. Allstate (my Auto Insurer) and I am assuming the insurers that are in GA have some type of data base. Allstate has put a file into the system with my profile. The reference claims that I caused an accident and damaged property. My lawyer and I went on the GA Dept. of transportation website and there is nothing there on my record. Can Insurance companies just make up something to Jack up your rates and deductible? Just recently I tried to renew my auto policy with Allstate and it was going to cost me over a grand a month. We have since put me with my wife’s insurer, Progressive. This is how I found out about the insurance companies reporting system. Just this month Progressive is charging me over a thousand a month. Who can afford that. How is this a legal practice? I also never received notification for resolution. This has never been an experience with Allstate; because Ive never had accident… And now that I need their help they decide to add insult to injury. I wasn’t going to even put in a claim because I know insurers raise your premiums. I’ve been covered by Allstate for over 28 years (not to mention my parents were Allstate customers). Allstate has always been easy for me to renew so I never put a lot of research into them. It seems with that amount of that kind of time I would be considered a stake holder. At least I should have accident forgiveness Allstate advertises so much. I saw that in my policy paperwork and in the questionnaire for the policy claim I completed online and it had a box you check if you want accident forgiveness. Again, I have had home and auto with Allstate for 28 years.

1 /5 Ken K: I was given false information about paying for the insurance reduction course by this office saying that they could apply a discount after I took a reduction course. So instead of shopping for a better rate, I got strung along only to be told they would not adjust my rate for 6 months after paying for the class. That, plus the 4 changes to their rates with no direct outreach to me, caused me to pay a 50% higher premium and I do not have one bad mark on my history. Now I am shopping around and should have been told that they will not update my rate so I would not have wasted over a month paying way more than my proper rate.
