John Rush Weve been using Alisha Windom Allstate for over 25 years for home, auto, camper, and off-road vehicles. They have always been there to educate us on what protections we need, and to answer the many questions we have! Even if theyve already explained multiple times. I know we can work with any of the agents, including Alisha herself, but Michelle Collins is our go to person. Deb Pyne Keith was my agent in Georgia. When I moved to South Carolina last year, I asked him to continue to handle my insurance needs. Today I received a call from him inquiring about my well being due to the impending hurricane due to strike the Coastal Carolinas. He advised me on precautions to take in preparation for the storm,etc. How many agencies do you know that would take the time to do that?? I met Laura at the Cartersville location, who more than my agent has become a great friend. She has always kept me legal and has never broken my budget. She takes the right time to listen to my insurance needs each renewal year and gives me her 3 top recommendations for me to choose. When I had trouble with my car loan asking for proof of insurance she made sure they had all the information that they needed and faxed, emailed them and called them all they long till they called her back to confirm. Out of all the few times Ive been to her office there has always been a rude costumer present and the way she deals with them is impecable. She truly takes the time and patience to appease them and make sure they get taken care of while still taking care of everyone else in her office. Her staff is also very courteous and friendly. Her office space is always clean and smells great. Anyone first timers getting insurance or just anyone looking for a great insurance office please go see Laura and her staff.
