Sarah Kemp I called after going in 2 weeks ago. The people here are so horrible my case was closed because I apparently uploaded something wrong but I wasnt given notice of this and they say its not their job to let me know if I have done something wrong. The lady on the phone wouldnt let me finish a sentence without cutting me off and laughed at me when i tried to continue what i was saying so I caught an attitude and hung up only to recieve a call back immediately so I answered and asked if they wanted to laugh at me some more but the supervisor was also rude asf. The point they made to me is theres nothing I can do about my closed case and I have to reapply so now because of something that could have been corrected with a little bit of communication on their part me and my family have to struggle. If someone is looking to move to liberty county but you know you will require benefits I would look elsewhere because of this specifically. I mean its disgusting really if I could leave less than 1 star i would. They need a revamp of the whole staff.

She doesnt just talk to you, she listens, which is rare in this day and time. Shes genuine in finding out what you have and need and is fast in responding. Ashley olson What an absolute pleasant experience buying a car from Mani. He knows cars and only sells quality. Not to mention handling all the paperwork! I received my plate and title within a few weeks! and the optional insurance is a nice option. The car has been driving great and there are no issues. My family and I couldnt be happier. I did waste time and money getting a pre purchase inspection and the mechanic at the dealership wanted to scam me saying the car needed $1,000 worth of work (which it didnt). I declined and bought the car and have since been to two mechanics and nothing needs fixing! I just had to get the alignment done which I knew before hand and the control arm because one tire wouldnt align. All that to say, I wouldnt worry about the condition of any car you buy from Mani. He has the cars in great condition!

Long Matt (mattuga) We have our policies with Dustin for Home and Car. He gave well explained pricing that met or beat any other quotes I received. The coverages for Home insurance was better than the other company that quoted with a higher rate and lower coverage.

Brandi Henry I only give this rating because I have only been there like 2 times, the first time I guess was ok and things went pretty good just took a long time, the second time the lady was kind of rude and I didnt stay long i just left it was packed that day.
