2 /5 Evita Johnson: The worst bank ever. The wait time is horrendous regardless if you go inside or the drive thru line. The drive thru line maybe is the worst of them all. Each time I have to wait at least 30 minutes or more. I have no clue what the workers are in there doing but it takes a mighty long time. It should be a rule that drive thru is only for 2 transactions max or you should be made to go inside to handle your business. I hate coming here.

1 /5 Chris Higginbotham: Ever sense the location in the square was closed there are never enough tellers to handle the amount of customers they service. No matter what day of the week we need to make deposits there is always a long line inside or a long wait at the drive thru. Tellers are nice as can be, there just isnt enough of them. But so long as the company gets their record profits, who cares right?

1 /5 The boss: Wouldnt recommend this bank to anyone. First, youre not forth coming. Then you place a hold on peoples check that live pay check to pay check. Then dont answer answer the phone when called. Call the service line an your on hold for over an hour. Worst bank ever. Taking my funds out immediately

2 /5 Donald Storey: I enjoy banking with them locally, but when it comes to customer service with all the foreigners that have been subcontracted to handle that, I can’t understand a word they say so I will probably be moving onto another bank

5 /5 haleigh walker: There was a significant mistake made on my account and when I came into the bank to get it resolved Brianna was so helpful and quick with a resolution. Nice to work with someone who cared. -Brad Walker
