The staff is always friendly and courteous. As always, you should shop around for loans and other banking services, but Ive repeatedly found SunTrust to be competitive and willing to help whenever I have questions. The online banking features are easy and intuitive to use.

Ken Sohal Worst branch and worst bank ... went to the branch to do wire transfer. over 5 employees in the branch and 2 working. waited for 30 minutes, the manager was not in the branch and assistance manager did not know how to do wire transfer ( this is around 10:00 am ). left the branch, been BofA customer for over 30 years .... same story for last 5 years
