5 /5 Rayne Hope: I don’t like to go in, I usually bank/ deal with everything online, but I was having an issue I needed to deal with so I decided to go in instead of calling to avoid hold time and being transferred. I spoke with a young lady named Shereka. She was very welcoming, attentive, patient, and informative. She answered all of my questions, helped me work through my concerns. As much as I hate going in I’m glad she was the rep to take care of me.
