1 /5 Candace Robinson-White: I am writing this complaint about my recent experience with, this location and the conduct of Agent Rachel and Manager Clayton
On May 9th I was quoted a premium Amount by Agent Rachel. During our discussions, she made several representations that convinced me to switch my insurance coverage to State Farm from my previous provider. I proceeded with the initial payment and finalized the switch based on these assurances.
Shortly after my initial payment and transition, Agent Rachel became unresponsive to my phone calls and emails. Furthermore, within two months, my insurance premium has inexplicably increased three times, from the original quote. I spoke with Manager Clayton regarding these unapproved and significant premium increases. Mr. Clayton explicitly promised that my bill would be adjusted back to the amount I was initially quoted. Despite this assurance, the premium remains at the inflated rate, and the promised adjustment has not occurred.
These actions are misleading and fraudulent.
And have caused me financial inconvenience and a loss of trust in State Farms practices.
