1 /5 Arianna Ramey: I called regarding information about receiving a 30 day binder and to confirm if we were on the GA registry so as to receive our new tags (we moved from another state). The woman who answered the phone answered with a condescending tone, grilled me with unnecessary questions, and spoke to me as though she was frustrated and annoyed with my call. Now prior to this I had pretty decent dealings with the office, but the total lack of respect I was provided over the phones and her lack of professionalism, sealed with once the conversation was over, NO “have a nice day” or “thank you for choosing Allstate”. Will be looking for insurance coverage elsewhere.
