The young lady who took her time to help us and went to great links to see that our documents were in order and properly signed and dated and the fact that she meets the public well and has a dynamic personality as well as her daughter who also assisted as our witnesses great. A very good asset to the business. Some other people in there could take a lesson from them.

Sarah Kitchens The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.
