Tom Sellers Mr Burke has been my benefits person for several years now and has always provided excellent service and I know I can trust the information he provides to me. Dealing with insurance providers is stressful, and Bill has taken that stress off my plate. He takes my input, researches the options for me and makes recommendations based on what Ive told him my priorities are. Im 100% satisfied with Bill and the job he does for me.

Henry Gut I was looking to get insurance quotes for home and auto, and I chose the Austin Taylor group because they were near by. I had been getting Internet quotes which left me frustrated. I went to the office as a walk-in, and was seen by Deb Hroblak. She took my basic information and listened to what I needed. The next day she contacted me with what she had to offer, which wasnt quite acceptable. We made a scheduled appointment, and while we were discussing what she had found, she came across a company with an auto policy acceptable to my needs and price. She also found a home policy I accepted. Had she not had the expertise and determination to not give up, I wouldnt be happy today with the 2 great policies which are saving me money and peace of mind. Im very pleased with Deb Hroblak and the Austin Taylor Insurance Company.

Jonathon Duke Used Roberts Tax Service for one year. My federal tax return was filed incorrectly and my state tax return wasnt filed at all. Just discovered this information after getting a letter in the mail 5 years later from GA department of revenue. I usually dont post stuff like this, but I do feel people need to be warned. I called them to see if we could fix the issue and they cannot even locate my file and didnt seem to be concerned at all with my issue.
