Thomas folsom Shonna is great!! She has some very competitive rates, she even beat out my current insurance company that I’ve been with since 2007. I needed a policy on my new home and she delivered BIG TIME. Don’t let size fool you.. she might not have a fancy slogan, wear khaki pants or have multiple branches. But what you get is personal service and a commitment to see to your needs all while getting insurance from big name companies at an affordable price. Henry Gut I was looking to get insurance quotes for home and auto, and I chose the Austin Taylor group because they were near by. I had been getting Internet quotes which left me frustrated. I went to the office as a walk-in, and was seen by Deb Hroblak. She took my basic information and listened to what I needed. The next day she contacted me with what she had to offer, which wasnt quite acceptable. We made a scheduled appointment, and while we were discussing what she had found, she came across a company with an auto policy acceptable to my needs and price. She also found a home policy I accepted. Jason Marcus I had a great experience working with Christina at the Bates Agency. I was looking to re-price a number of different plans. I tried a different agency first, and they ignored most of what I sent them, never contacted me, and instead just sent me a quote for one plan. Christina was the opposite - she called me right away, asked me questions, got me pricing for all the plans, gave me options, and worked out which were best to switch.
