Kristen Petrel ZERO STARS!! DO NOT invest with this office. I had a small account set up many years ago that I was not actively contributing to and required no maintenance. Mr. Kimpling CLOSED my retirement account without my consent due to "inactivity" with no warning. They were supposedly calling a phone number that was not mine and sent zero mail stating that they were going to do this. I lost half of my money by this account being closed! Unacceptable. And then when I called the office to see if there was a mix up, Diane was very rude to me! Unacceptable. Customer service was less than zero stars. DO NOT do business with Mr. Kimpling!!!

Amber Landry John’s team has been taking care of our non profit taxes for years and has really done a great job. He’s very knowledgeable and gives great tax saving advice. We are very happy with their service.

Jason Whitaker Teresa is always eager to help. She goes above and beyond to make things happen. Its very important to have a team you can depend on for successful closings. She is invaluable to the process and very dependable. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Janice Bailey OMG this is the worse bank. I feel like this bank discriminate again peoples of color. I was working with Justina regarding my personal business I have been waiting to hear back from her for a week I have call left messages for her to call me back This is very unprofessional I will not be going back to this location again.... I had a cc get stuck in one of the machine outside I went in to retrieve my cc nobody had a key to the box. So I had to cancel that cc and a week later someone call me and ask if I left my cc in the machine. SMH The service is so bad I am thinking about moving my two litter quarter to a new bank. Someone that appreciate small coins.

Jesus Christ After the passing of my father we tried to close out his accounts with the Rossville branch. We were given the run around even though we had all the paperwork. Forced to open two more accounts just to close out one. After months and another 8hr trip to go back to the bank we decided to go to a different branch. Brittany at the Ringgold branch took care of us in record time and we were on our way without hassle. A few hrs later at the bank closing time she called us to let us know there was another account that had been missed. She promptly made every effort to accommodate us while we were still in town. She not only deserves a raise. She should be be the bank training agent on how to conduct customer service!!!
