5 /5 Jon L: I’ve been with State Farm for 20 years. I moved to GA 8 years ago and was basically assigned an agent 50 miles from where I lived. Their communication was horrible. I met Bryan through a neighbor a couple years ago. He was very kind, and listened. I ended up calling State Farm’s corporate office and demanded he be my agent. Since switching to Bryan, I have had nothing but smooth sailing. He returns calls promptly and is very professional. Also, a shout out to Blair in his office. She is superlative. Very nice and willing to help. She’s also prompt. In this day of terrible customer service, Bryan and his office are definitely first class.

5 /5 Calvin Patters: By far the best customer service. My story(long story short): I forgot to pay my car insurance and my coverage lapsed. I called the agent at the office and she helped me through the entire process until I was covered again. She even handled getting my fine squared away. I didnt know the laws had changed and theres a fine for not having coverage on your veh or if your policy runs out. Needless to say I learned that day. "Like a good neighbor State Farms there." True story.
