5 /5 Shelby Pharr: I had progressive for so long… I figure why not get a quote from state farm to see if they could beat my current rate. Not only did they beat the rate, we got life insurance, and homeowners insurance all in a bundle. The girls in the front are very professional and ensure to explain everything in depth, and answered all questions that my husband and I had. If you are looking for new insurance, and great customer service I highly recommend.

5 /5 Kris Brown: Ive been a customer for the last 4-5 years, I have 2 vehicles and my home insured with State Farm. Ive never had a company be so honest and helpful to its customers. Its nice to know that REAL customer service and genuine people still exist!

2 /5 Gladys Jordan: Switched insurance companies from state farm to another on June 5th 2017 and thought that the mortgage company would contact them directly. I cancelled when I received a renewal letter from them in October saying it would renew in December. I thought they would refund my unused portion of my premium since I switched back in June of 2017 but they said they dont do that. What a rip off this company is. They got paid by my mortgage company for a whole year back in December of 2016 but since I didnt call to cancel when I switched, they wont honor my unused portion that I did not used since June 5th 2017. I believe I should get refunded that money back since I proved that I didnt lapse on my coverage. I would not recommend this company at all. They are also too expensive. Shop around there are other companies way better and cheaper than them.
