Johnseed McDanieldude I maybe a little biased because I have known Gail and her family most my life. As us country folks say. they are "good people". Several years ago, Gail helped me get a policy for my place. I never thought I would have a claim but then came Helene. Countrywide and Gail were extremely responsive and helpful with my claim. In very short time, I had the claim entered and an adjuster on site. My claim was handed promptly and paid quickly. As far as insurance goes, I was treated fairly. I am thankful for a responsive agent in Gail, a fair and pleasant adjuster in Kent, and overall positive insurance claim. I will be going into year 4 with Countrywide this year.

Chad Luke Mr. Danny not only is one of the nicest guys I know, he is the best insurance agent out there. He works hard to keep me and my family covered with the best coverage but also the best rates. My overall experience with him has been great. I reach out to him from time to time with questions and he always responds in a timely manner. Shawna Martin We currently have a camper we financed through Lendmark in Rome GA. Our AC unit went out on our house and we needed some extra money. We worked with Kathy who was very nice and was really quick to respond to all of our needs. We had our money within 24 hours of our initial call. And what really helped the most, was that since we are currently living 2 hours away from their office, they were able to deposit the money into our account in 5 minutes after approval. I buy a lot of cars and she will go out of her way to make sure I am covered on short notice. Call the agency and within mins she has me covered. She has even got me covered on her day off! I have never had a better insurance agent nor one that cared for there customers more then her. I have tried diff company’s and they always raise the rates out of the blue. I highly recommend Jaine for anyone looking for an insurance agent she will give you the best deals around and make sure you and your vehicles are covered. 5 out of 5
