I was criticized for misplacing my tax return from several years ago as well as was told that normally our emails are password protected with sensitive info but mine was not because I filed my return with “safe send.” She was not able to explain to me why my email was not protected and was not able to answer on why we are using such software that is called “safe send” when indeed it does not sound very safe. I don’t do my taxes here anymore and I’m very thankful for that.
