Dawaun Perry Lashante Addison and Connie was very pleasant. I love the Security Finance Family crew, especially Lashante Addison! She is so awesome. She really walks you through the process and explains all of the details. She never acts as if any question is too big or too small! They are very kind. I will ALWAYS deal with Security Finance thanks to both ladies. Go ahead and see them you will not be disappointed!

We moved away from Griffin about 3 months ago and decided to keep our current account with United due to the amazing customer service we have received from them over the years. Since moving, we have had several occasions where we needed assistance and Mrs. Sharon Franks was a lifesaver!! She was extremely helpful and so professional. When she didn’t know the answer to our questions she went above and beyond to find a solution for us. I will definitely continue using United Bank and referring others to them if all the employees are as sweet and helpful as she was(is)!!!

Kris Baxter Easily the best group of people to work with. They are always so kind and accommodating. They are absolutely generous with their time. It seems the bad reviews on here are just a reflection of people who had a tough time with changes that were made. People always struggle with change. Sometimes the change comes with a bunch of glitches which is what some of them probably experienced. As far as the review about them not working on Saturday, and dont think that warrants a one-star review, and I think maybe it would have been better to ask if they were open on a Saturday before opening up the bank account. If you Dont have a bank account there, then you probably shouldnt be posting a one-star review. Nonetheless Carol the general manager, and every One of her co-workers has been nothing but awesome. Thank you for citizens Bank Jasper for being amazing.
