Elise Shain and her team (Kylie, who I worked with the most after Shain), were amazing! I found Shain as I wanted to work with a local lender and did not feel great about the first one I spoke to. Shain really understood that I was a first time home buyer, and on a small budget. She was kind and forthright, and then patient when we hit a few hiccups throughout the process. Her objective guidance was invaluable! After Shain and her teams perseverance and collaboration with my real estate agent, I was able to get into my dream home. I am so grateful! Truly a lender that cares!!

Kirby Griffis PSA: After reaching out to the branch, I first spoke to the assistant manager Paige which was so helpful, understanding and caring of the issue. She assured me that she would get this issue over to the Branch manager . The branch manager (Cindy) then called me about the issue and was the upmost respectful and apologetic and assured me that the issue would be taken care of. I have been to this bank very few times, for the simple reason of the lady in the drive thru. She has the absolute worst customer service I have EVER seen!!! She is rude, short spoken and never smiles!!
