1 /5 Nellya Masters: Horrible communication, lack of notification and understanding. I had to call them every 6 months to remind them that they told me my insurance would go down if we paid on time and had no accident and then they’d fix the insurance and make it lowered so if you have them I recommend calling them to remind them. I got my full coverage lowered from over $300 down to under $200 in about 2 years and then they randomly this year raised our insurance with no notification and we had a great driving record by then and always paid our insurance when I called them to ask why my insurance just went up by $100 and why didn’t they tell me their response was “inflation” and they didn’t have time to tell us. Also they didn’t add roadside assistance or rental coverage when I clearly stated I wanted it. So I switched to State Farm and and got full coverage with roadside assistance and rental coverage plus coverage for everything else for far less than what I paid before. I do not recommend going to Boys insurance services because by the end of the day they do not care for you they care for their own pockets.
