Sarah has provided nothing but excellent service, and is always eager to help and responds quickly. Jared helped getting my policies on the same date of each month, if you are having trouble with an agent getting back with you, MAKE THE SWITCH TO JARED!! This group is the BEST!! They saved me from switching to a totally different company! I Love state farm and didnt want to switch however I needed a more personable agent and Sarah was so helpful when I called and did everything she said she would plus MORE! Nicole After being loyal to my insurer for over 29 years, I was put in the unexpected and undesirable position of having to select another provider for my vehicle. After due diligence and comparing several quotes, I narrowed it down to State Farm and another company as a "just in case". I was surprised to receive a call from PAREE, that same day, 4th of July! After a friendly and productive conversation, I was sold and knew that this would be MY Insurance Company. Paree even suggested the Defensive Driver online course, to save extra on premiums. Subsequently, I worked with KIRA. Knowledgeable, efficient handling...and the best, most patient friendliest attitude! Now THATS the way Insurance should be (but unfortunately isnt always!!). With Kira, I can be comfortable asking questions and knowing they will be answered efficiently and knowledgeably. A big thank you to Kira for her patience, caring and cheerfulness...and making me feel valued!
