1 /5 Tyler Provost: I worked with Jonathan Wiggins on two separate matters, one of which involved responding to the IRS. Our initial consultation took place about two months before the response deadline. Despite multiple reminders, he allowed the deadline to pass.
During a meeting regarding a different issue, I reminded him again about the IRS response. He assured me it would be handled the next day, yet weeks later, nothing had been done. After another reminder, I followed up with his office, only to be told by his staff that the delay was due to a missing document from my workplace. This explanation was unacceptable, as his response to the IRS was still necessary regardless of that document.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience. It felt like Jonathan was telling me what I wanted to hear without following through on his commitments.
To make matters worse, after getting in touch with Jonathan recently (over a month past the due date), he claimed to have filed the IRS response and promised to send me a copy with the submission date. It has now been two weeks since that promise, and I have yet to receive anything, leaving me to question whether it was even sent.
Jonathan Wiggins and Mayo Strategic Advisors have been disorganized and unprofessional throughout this process. I strongly advise against working with them. Seek assistance elsewhere.
